Kaiser Kristall Weizen, brewed according to the legendary Kumpf wheat beer recipe from the 1960s, stored extremely cold, filtered to a fine sheen and bottled with more than 7 g/l carbon dioxide. In 2016 it was named the world’s best Crystal Wheat by the World Beer Awards.
Fermentation water from the well located in the brewery, which is carefully controlled and maintained. Quality brewing barley from the Swabian Alb. Very fine aromatic hops of the Hallertauer Mittelfrüh variety. Superior quality wheat malt. Authentic Swabian brewing art, honed over generations.
