Beer brewed according to the traditional Pilsner production method. In the brewery, great attention is paid to the particularly delicate mashing work to make the color of the beer as light as possible. The first addition of hops occurs before the boiling process begins to achieve a balanced bitterness. For pure aroma, it is then fermented very cold and, after fermentation, given enough time to fully mature in the complex two-tank process.
Pilsner is a classic Pils, made exclusively with aromatic hops.
